If you would like to cancel your membership, please fill out the cancellation form below. This form is the only way to cancel your current membership and autopay. Canceling in Mindbody will only cancel your membership’s auto-renewal.

Once your form is submitted, we will process your cancellation.

A few notes so there are no surprises:

• Refunds will not be issued for autopay charges that process after a Mindbody-only cancellation attempt. Cancellations can only be completed by submitting the Membership Cancellation Form linked below, as Mindbody “cancellations” only stop future auto-renewals and do not affect your current membership or ongoing autopays.

• You are able to cancel your membership after the first renewal (2 month commitment required for all memberships).

• We require a minimum of 7 days notice (7 days prior to your renewal date) for cancellations.

• If you request a membership cancellation within 7 days of your renewal date, you will still be responsible for the next billing cycle, no exceptions.

• We do not offer refunds for unused classes or for any other reason.

• Emails regarding cancellations will be disregarded.
